How did you hear about DBS?

DBS contacted me by telephone in the Autumn of 2004 to arrange an appointment.

Why did you decide to use them?

It was clear to me that DBS were able offer a solution to our directory advertising needs by providing one point of contact. I was relieved to hand over the hassle of negotiating with advertising sales reps to DBS.

How does the process work?

The important thing to me is that I don't have to meet with sales representatives any more. When reps. make their approach to us they are directed to DBS who deal with everything on our behalf from booking space and designing adverts right through to checking the progress of our bookings through the publishers' systems. I have been impressed by the level of customer service that DBS provides.

How do you benefit personally by using DBS?

It lessens my workload to outsource to DBS. Dealing with advertising is not an effective use of my time.

Because DBS deliver a quality service.
