How did you hear about DBS?
Initially DBS contacted me by telephone to discuss our directory advertising.
Why did you decide to use them?
DBS brought along impressive artwork to our initial appointment. It made sense to our firm to have one point of contact for all advertising as it would save time and money. The fact that DBS operated a similar media management service for other Funeral Directors such as AW Lymn & Cravens gave us confidence.
How does the process work?
I choose to deal with all sales solicitations personally although I know that DBS would do this for me if I required it. When I decide to order an advert I email the details to DBS. They email me proofs to me within a short period of time. When I approve the advert DBS send original artwork directly to the publisher. DBS tracks all my advertising and costs in the form of a summary which is sent to me regularly. The "image" presented by our advert is now uniform across all media. This had been a source of frustration to me before using DBS.
How do you benefit personally by using DBS?
Letting DBS handle the creative and administrative side of our advertising has saved me time which I can spend on more profitable tasks.
